The Fulton Lions Club recently donated $500 to the Fulton Garden Club. Fulton Lions Club President Patrick Devendorf, right, presents the check to Jim Farfaglia, a Fulton Garden Club leader. The garden club has been responsible for a number of beautification projects throughout the City of Fulton. Among these are: planting tulip and daffodil bulbs at the Fulton Teen Park; adding flowers to city welcome signs; installing a garden adjoining Fulton’s downtown gazebo as well as power washing the gazebo and surrounding pavement; maintaining the butterfly garden at Recreation Park; and making repairs, repainting and replanting the flower boxes in front of the Fulton Post Office.
