Fulton Lions Club Supports ‘Project Bloom’

The Fulton Lions Club is sponsoring the Rt. 48/S. Pollard Dr. location for Project Bloom. The Fulton Lions will sponsor this location for both 2013 and 2014. Project Bloom is a joint program of the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce and the City of Fulton to beautify the city’s entrances and business areas with fresh flowers during the spring and summer months.
