The Fulton Lions Club inducted Kathleen Knopp as their newest member at their Oct. 14 meeting and heard a presentation by Elizabeth Fadden, executive director, Fulton Family YMCA.

Her sister, Lion Theresa Stephens, sponsored Knopp and Fulton Lions Past President William Connors conducted the induction ceremony.

The Fulton club, with 60 members, is the largest and most active in their district. Lions clubs are committed to sight and hearing preservation. The Fulton Lions Club, also know for their Lions Loot Sweepstakes and Labor Day Duck Derby, provides financial assistance for those in need of eyeglasses, eye exams and hearing aids to residents in the Greater Fulton area.
