FULTON – At a recent Fulton Noon Rotary meeting, the club presented several scholarships to Fulton high school students. The club’s first scholarship was awarded in 1997 and the club has awarded roughly $56,000 in scholarships since.
Major donors over the years have included the family of Sandy and Sylvia Squires, the Ken Patrick family and the General Dr. Ravindra and Dr. Manjula Shah family.
This year’s recipients include Harper Ells, Zoe Kerr, Rebekah May, Olivia Bauer, Ella Halladay and Ciara Orr.
Fulton Noon Rotary meets at 12:00 noon on the first three Thursdays of the month at the Tavern on the Lock in Fulton.
