Fulton Noon Rotary Hosts Citi’s New Family Learning Center Speaker

The Fulton Noon Rotary Club recently hosted Racheal Shelansky, workforce liaison from CiTi’s new Fulton Family Learning Center located at 104 Cayuga St. in Fulton. Racheal discussed services provided at the center including resume writing, GED classes, adult learning courses, access to career pathways and workshops. The new center also assists people with access to SNAP, child care, financial and budgeting information, housing, and transportation information. They work closely with Oswego County Workforce Development and Adult Education to help adults gain or improve their job skills and opportunities. There is also a literacy library at their location which is offered to schools, families, or individuals. Groups may also rent space at their offices to offer programming or run workshops.

This is a valuable resource for the Fulton Community. Fulton Noon Rotary Club holds their meetings at the Lock the first 3 Thursdays of the month.  Pictured with Racheal, center, are Rotarians Bill Lynch and Brittney Jerred.
