OSWEGO COUNTY – The Fulton Public Library is thrilled to invite readers of all ages to its third annual Book Fest, which runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 7 at the library.
This free, family-friendly event celebrates the joy of reading and community spirit with a full day of activities, local authors, live entertainment and more.
Highlights of this year’s Book Fest include:
- Author Meet and Greets: Connect with local and regional authors antod get your favorite books signed.
- Crafts and Games: Hands-on activities for children and teens, including bookmark-making and a literary scavenger hunt.
- Live Music: Enjoy live music with Caitie Dawson from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Food Truck and Local Vendors: Grab a bite to eat from Phat Guy Burgers and support local creators, businesses and organizations with unique crafts and goods.
- Book Sale: Browse an incredible selection of gently used books, movies and puzzles at unbeatable prices.
“Book Fest is a highlight of our year,” said Library Director Caroline Chatterton. “It’s a great way to connect with readers, support local authors and offer something fun and meaningful for the whole community.”
The event takes place in the library parking lot and adjacent lawn. All activities are free and open to the public. Whether you’re a life-long reader or just discovering your love of books, the third annual Book Fest has something for everyone.
