Fulton Resident Competes at USA-Taekwondo National Championships

FULTON, NY – On Monday (July 4), Fulton resident John W. McEachen competed in sparring at the 2016 USA-Taekwondo National Championships, which were held at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Va.

Fighting in the ultra division (40-49) lightweight category (-68kg), McEachen lost his semi-final match to a very seasoned international competitor and was awarded a bronze medal.

McEachen is a Border Patrol agent and works at the Oswego Station.

He lives in Fulton with his wife Kimberly, and their children, Adelaide and Richard.
