Fulton Rotary hosts County Mobility Management Director 

FULTON – The Fulton Noon Rotary Club recently listened to an update from the Oswego County Office of Mobility Management from Director Heather Snow. Begun in 2023, the office’s mission is to solve transportation barriers throughout the county. Access Oswego County is one effort that has been enhanced by the Ride Oswego County App for people looking to book their rides. The program provides up to 400 rides per day.
