FULTON – Fulton Savings Bank (FSB) has instituted a Student of the Month program to recognize high school students from three local school districts for the months of October through May. Each month the local administrations of Fulton, Central Square and Phoenix select two students who display characteristics such as academic excellence, extra-curricular involvement, leadership, and other stand out qualities as school citizens and role models. Those selected will receive a Visa gift card and a personalized Letter of Recognition provided by the bank.
