Fulton Savings Bank Supports The Memorial Day Salute

FULTON – The Fulton Memorial Day Salute Committee has announced that Fulton Savings Bank is a major sponsor for this year’s event.  The salute will take place on Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24, at the Fulton Community Center.

            According to a Memorial Day Salute spokesperson “Fulton Savings Bank has been a major sponsor of the salute for many years.  Their continued generous support helps make the Fulton Memorial Day Salute possible”.

            The Fulton Memorial Day Salute is organized by Fulton’s four service clubs, the Kiwanis, Lions, Noon Rotary and Sunrise Rotary Clubs, in conjunction with the local veterans community.  The theme for this year’s event is “Remember the Fall, Celebrate Freedom”.  Now in its 43rd year, the salute features the traditional Saturday morning parade, rides on both Friday night and Saturday, entertainment, food, poster contest, 5k run, watchfire, dunk booth and fireworks.
