Fulton Sunrise Rotarians Hear From Their Scholarship Recipient

FULTON – Cayuga Community College student Alissa Murdoch visited the Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club recently to update members on her year’s studies in health sciences. Murdoch received the club’s $1,000 Rosa Pappalardo Kemmis Memorial Scholarship last summer. This annual award is offered on a competitive basis to a graduating senior in the Fulton City School District who plans to attend a junior college or study in a certified technical, business or apprentice program of less than two years. Murdoch was selected based on her interest in a career field, school and community activities, and the quality of her written essay.
