FULTON, NY – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Peggy Donnelly presented Bill Lynch, superintendent of the Fulton City School District, who spoke to
the club about school safety.
The schools emphasize a positive behavior program.

Lynch said the current safety plan includes some regulations required by law and some that are guided by the school’s practice which is always evolving.
The District Safety Committee meets monthly.
