FULTON – Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a leadership development program for young people who want to learn new skills, build their confidence, and have fun. This year Kathryn McCleery was selected to participate. The event was held at the SUNY Oneonta campus. The students were put in groups and attended different break-out sessions ranging from personality tests to conflict resolution with plenty of time for comradery and fun.
