Fulton Sunrise Rotary Welcomes Community Educator

FULTON – Fulton Sunrise Rotarians welcomed Emily Cameron to their meeting on September 13. Cameron is Director of Community Education and Workforce Development at Cayuga Community College (CCC). She discussed the many ways the college is helping to improve the workforce of Oswego County and Central New York through its Advanced Manufacturing Institute, medical coding and security guard training programs, partnerships with schools, government and business organizations and more. Cameron, shown at left with Sunrise Rotary Club President Marianne Ingerson, noted that seniors can take community enrichment classes tuition-free, for just the cost of the class itself. Details can be found at https://cayuga-cc.edu/community/community-education/catalog/. Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Mimi’s Drive-In and can be followed at https://www.facebook.com/fultonsunriserotaryclub/.
