FULTON – Fulton City School District’s Universal pre-Kindergarten students successfully completed a full-year of school readiness and will officially become kindergartners this fall.

The district recently hosted moving-up ceremonies for both morning and afternoon UPK sessions, offered in partnership with several community organizations.

During Lanigan’s afternoon UPK celebration, students recited the Pledge of Allegiance before they sang “Who Let the Letters Out?,” “The Pirate Life” and “The More We Get Together” before diplomas were presented to the young students.

Together, the UPK graduates recited a kindergarten readiness poem before they enjoyed cake and juice with their guests. missing or outdated ad config
