Fulton Family YMCA offered a safe trick-or-treating Halloween event for the Fulton community. There were approximately 365 plus children and adults who participated in crafts, face painting, hay rides and so much more. This event was sponsored by AmeriChoice, The City of Fulton and Fulton Savings Bank.
