OSWEGO, NY – Come to the Oswego Public Library and learn how to make earrings for the holidays.
You will make two pairs of earrings.
Give one as a gift and keep the other pair.
Wendy Ballard will show you how to wire wrap beads to make unique earrings.
There will be a $15 materials fee to cover the cost of supplies.
The class will be held on November 10 from 12:30 – 2 p.m. and November 14 from 6 – 7:30 p.m.
