Granby Elementary Kicks Off School Year with Celebratory Picnic

GRANBY – Teachers and staff members at Granby Elementary welcomed students back to school with a kick off picnic Sept. 18.

Each child was able to take home a book during Granby Elementary’s kick off celebration.

Hot dogs, chips, drinks and ice cream sundaes were given to students and their families.

Children laughed, played and danced along to music in between jumping for joy in two bounce houses.

Their hard work and effort during school was rewarded by getting to select a book to take home.
