A fun and interactive character building assembly, known as the Show of Love, stopped by Granby Elementary School recently to share a secret with students – the secret to the Golden Rule.
Joe Trionfero, the show’s energetic and highly enthusiast host used music and entertainment to reinforce with students a powerful message of respect, empathy, communication, and kindness.
His message was closely tied to Granby’s character education program and school-wide expectations of: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe, and Be Ready to Learn and also reinforced anti-bullying strategies and what bystanders can do to put an end to bullying.
