Students’ lessons on Native American cultures throughout both special and core areas, including English Language Arts, social studies, music and art, culminated with the creation of handcrafted instruments, small-scale longhouses and masks.

Items were on display throughout the cafeteria and library.

During the student walk-through, fourth graders were on hand to explain their projects to younger students.

Several handcrafted Native American-inspired instruments were recently made by students after they learned about Native American cultures.
