Gwen Webber-McLeod of Gwen, Inc. to be Keynote Speaker at “Connections”

OSWEGO, NY– On Tuesday, November 1, SUNY Oswego’s Office of Business and Community Relations (OBCR) and the Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training (WNET) will gather women from across New York State for “Connections,” a day-long conference to be held at The American Foundry, near the SUNY Oswego campus, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Keynote Speaker, Gwendolyn (Gwen) Webber-McLeod, MS, President/CEO of Gwen, Inc., has 30 years experience in leadership development, professional facilitation, and motivational speaking. Gwen is a recognized professional leader who has a very active civic life. She takes great pride in serving on boards of directors that enhance and improve the lives of people at the local, state, and national level.

Additional featured speakers for the event will be Jill C. Beck, Co-Manager, Purple Teeth Cellars LLC, Jennifer Tom, Executive Director and Founder, Positively Pink Packages, Joan Hebert, MBA, MS, Principal, Hebert Performance Training, and Janelle Fields, Founder, JFields Marketing. These five outstanding speakers will address how Vision, Change, or Growth has shaped who they are today. Our emcee will be Nancy Bellow, Retired Executive Director of SUNY Oswego’s Office of Business and Community Relations.
