The H. Lee White Marine Museum proudly presents “TALES OF THE HAUNTED HARBOR” featuring Oswego’s renowned storyteller, ROSEMARY NESBITT. The stories will take place on August 15th, Friday evening beginning at 8:45 pm in front of Derrick Boat No. 8, in Oswego’s “Historic Maritime District”.  This is Mrs. Nesbitt’s 21st year for spinning tales of ghosts and goblins.

Prior to the Tales, a special Remembrance Ceremony will be held to honor the women & children killed during the French and Indian War at Fort Oswego.  This event will be held at 8:15pm at the Derrick Boat.

It is recommended that you come early to get a good spot. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy an evening of mystery and ghost tales. Proceeds from this event benefit the H. Lee White Marine Museum. Admission is $2/adults and $1/children. The Museum’s gift shop, “The Treasure Chest,” and the gates will be open at 7:45 pm.
