OSWEGO, NY – Rob Rolfe, financial services representative and owner of Harmony Financial Services has announced that Nicole Rinaldo has been named the firm’s client service coordinator.
A native of Oswego, Rinaldo had previously worked as a unit secretary at Oswego Hospital and most recently in reception and billing for Dr. James Campbell in Fulton.
“Nicole’s experience in a professional office setting and her thorough knowledge of customer service makes her a valuable asset to my organization,” said Rolfe.
Rinaldo is looking forward to a new beginning and a career in the financial field.
“I’m excited to be joining Harmony Financial Services,” said Rinaldo. “While the medical and financial fields may seem quite different, I’ll still be doing what I like best, helping people improve their quality of life.”
In her role as client service coordinator, Rinaldo is involved heavily with managing client relationships: from assisting with on-boarding new clients to processing documents and ensuring that clients’ needs are met. Additionally, she will be managing Harmony Financial’s entire portal to electronic management, a vital resource that brings customer service to a new level.
As part of her initiation to the financial field Rinaldo will spend time training with some of upstate New York’s most successful financial planning teams from MetLife Premiere Client Group.
“In addition to the training Nicole receives from myself, she has access to vast resources and best practices that MetLife Premier Client Group has to offer. In addition to operations and clients services specialists she can utilize knowledge from an array of advanced planning specialists, to investment specialists, small business specialists, and insurance specialists,” said Rolfe.
While Rinaldo admits that the ongoing training could be seen as challenging she finds it to be exhilarating.
“I am enjoying the training,” said Rinaldo. “It’s essential to stay on the leading edge of the financial planning landscape so that I may provide our clients with unparalleled customer service.”
