Head Start Celebrates 50th Anniversary

Fulton Head Start PM class recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of Head Start by having a marching parade to the Fulton Library.

Students carried flags that they had made as well as a banner that they had placed their handprints on.

Oswego County Head Start Pre-K is continuing to take applications for next year.
