Highway Superintendent Ospelt Receives Recognition From Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure and Facilities Committee presents Kurt Ospelt with a certificate of appreciation for his 35 years of service.

Ospelt is the superintendent of the Oswego County Highway Department.
