Jody Hipple, RN, MSN, FNP, and Mary Ellen Xavier Flanagan, RN, MSN, FNP have recently joined the Pulaski Health Center. Both are trained as family practice nurse practitioners.
Ms. Hipple earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and her Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University College of Nursing. She is a licensed New York State nurse practitioner.
Prior to joining the Pulaski Health Center, Ms. Hipple served as a family nurse practitioner at the Phoenix Primary Care Center in Phoenix, NY. She has experience as an emergency room and intensive care nurse, and as a nurse care manager.
Mrs. Xavier Flanagan earned her Associates Degree in Applied Sciences from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, and her Bachelor of Science Degree with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing. She received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree with Distinction from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University College of Nursing.
Mrs. Xavier Flanagan has experience as a nurse in children’s, long-term care, oncology, surgery, and women’s services. She conducted her clinical nurse practitioner training at the Pulaski Health Center.
