Historical Society Plans Brown Bag Lunch

PULASKI – The Pulaski Historical Society next Brown Bag lunch will be held June 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. You are invited to bring your lunch (or pick up some take out at and join us in the Carriage House.

The meeting is free and open to the public.

Take time to talk with coworkers and neighbors and perhaps meet new friends.

Coffee, tea and water will be provided.

For the June lunch, Loren Teachout will share some of his memories of playing in the Salmon River Boys.

If you look through the old Pulaski Democrats from the 1970s and ’80s you will see that it wasn’t where they played, but where they didn’t play.

Teachout will play some of the songs from the past.

Bring your lunch, we’ll supply coffee, tea and water.

The Pulaski Historical Society is located at 3428 Maple Ave., across from Mavis/Cole Muffler in the village.

The museum is open in June on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

Volunteers are available for free tours or help with research and questions on open hours and at the regular work hours on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon.
