Honorable Mention Recipients Recognized by Oswego Board of Education

OSWEGO, NY – Oswego High School artists were recipients of a “honorable mention” at
the annual Central New York Scholastic Art Awards ceremony.

Recently, the Oswego City School District Board of Education recognized the students’ achievement.
