FULTON, NY – President of the Fulton Mill Apartments’ Resident Association, Helen Allen (right), learns the details of Fulton Mill Apartments’ new I’m OK program.
An initiative of the American Red Cross, the I’m OK program is a neighbor-to-neighbor program where Red Cross trained volunteer residents check the apartments of participating residents each morning, 7 days a week, to ensure that in the event of something happening to a resident, they will receive attention in a timely manner.
