FULTON – Friends of Fulton Parks announces the winner of its 2015 Picture Our Parks (POPs) Photo Contest.
A photograph of Indian Point taken by Janelle Wallace was selected as the winner.
Photos submitted to the contest were shown to a FoFP panel, without the photographer names and Wallace’s received the highest ranking.
Wallace is an employee of Fulton Public Library where she received her award.
Photographs for the 2016 POPs may be received from January 1 through October 31, 2016.
