WILLIAMSPORT, PA — Lycoming College marked its 170th commencement ceremony with hundreds of parents, family members and friends, while President Kent C. Trachte, Ph.D., and Phillip W. Sprunger, Ph.D., provost and dean of the college, awarded diplomas to new graduates.
