UTICA, NY — Joshua O’Brien of Fulton received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award in SUNY Polytechnic Institute’s Electrical and Computer Engineering program.
This award was presented by faculty at the nineteenth annual Academic Awards Banquet presented by Berkshire Bank at the college’s Utica, NY campus.
