The annual Joy of Christmas program and dinner at the Minetto United Methodist Church will be on Sunday, December 5 at 4:30 P.M. It will include vocal and instrumental music by the New Horizons Chorus and Band, Concinnity, Sounds of Brass, soloist Dennis Shortslef, the Joy of Christmas chorus, and carols sung by everyone. There is no charge for the concert but a good will offering will be invited and given to the Minetto Elementary School for Christmas gifts for families in need.
Dinner will follow the concert at about 6:00 P.M. and requires reservations for the limited number of spaces by calling Mary Cipra, 342-2889. The menu includes roast pork, cheesy potatoes, green bean casserole, tossed salad, roll, dessert, and beverage.
The building is handicapped accessible and is located at the corner of State Route 48 and County Route 8, one block south of the Stewarts store, midway between Oswego and Fulton, in the village of Minetto.
