June ‘Learn To’ Sessions at Library Teach Basket Weaving and Fly Tying

OSWEGO – The Friends of the Oswego Public Library will present “Learn to” classes in basket weaving and fly tying in June.

Yes, you can weave this 10 by 5 inch basket in just one session at the library June 6.

Barb Klem will lead a class in basket weaving June 6 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the library’s Community Room.

All materials are provided.

Class size is limited to six for ages 13 and older.

Ron Nix will lead a class in fly tying on Tuesday, June 18, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the library’s Community Room.

Class size is limited to eight.

Those ages 12 and older are eligible.

Participants will make two flies and all materials are provided.

Sign up for these classes by June 4 either at the main desk or by calling the library at 315-341-5867.

The Friends of the Oswego Public Library is an organization of patrons committed to expanding and enriching the programs of the library.
