The students held a Spell-A-Thon.

Fifth graders asked friends, family members, neighbors, or co-workers to pledge an amount of money for each correctly spelled word.

The children then studied a 100-word spelling list.

Once the Spell-A-Thon was held and the money was collected, it was donated to the American Red Cross so that it may reach those in need. missing or outdated ad config
