Kinney Drugs Be a Santa for a Senior Project Shares Holiday Spirit with Bishop’s Commons

OSWEGO – Kinney Drugs in Oswego shared the spirit of the holidays with the residents of Bishop’s Commons Enriched Housing Residence.

As part of its “Be a Santa for a Senior” program, the Oswego Kinney Drugs collected gifts, and donated them to Bishop’s Commons – to help make sure residents find something special under the Christmas tree this season.

Kinney employees and customers left presents under a special Christmas tree located in the store, and Kinney Drugs delivered the presents to help create a memorable gift.

“We at Bishop’s Commons thank our neighbors at Kinney Drugs here in Oswego for organizing this program, and thanks to everyone who stopped at Kinney Drugs and supported this special holiday effort,” said Karen Murray, executive director at Bishop’s Commons. “Our residents appreciate the gifts, and are glad to be regarded as an important part of this community, especially at this time of year.”
