OSWEGO COUNTY – Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council to meet on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026

NOAA’s Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m ET. The meeting will take place at Gates Hall, 4107 Lake Rd, Pultneyville, NY. The public is invited to attend and can register at the link listed below.

Please note that Gates Hall is not ADA accessible. A virtual attendance option will be available for individuals who are unable to attend the meeting in person.

Meeting information will be posted at https://sanctuaries.noaa.gov/lake-ontario/advisory/meetings.html. The advisory council meeting will feature updates on ongoing projects as well as presentations highlighting upcoming events within the sanctuary. Stephanie Gandulla, the newly selected superintendent of Lake Ontario National Marine Sanctuary will also be in attendance.

Public comment will be taken at approximately 7:55 p.m.
