OSWEGO – During Warm Up Oswego, Lakeside Artisans, 191 W. First St., will offer a series of overlapping demonstrations from noon to 5 p.m.
Michele Southgate will demonstrate a new take on an old medium, using pan pastels as paint from noon to 2 p.m.

Cathy Pence will show how she makes the lampwork glass beads she uses in her bead bracelets from 1 to 3 p.m.
Kathy Fenlon will explain how she creates a quilted table topper, start to finish, from 2 to 4 p.m.
And Diane Chepko-Sade will highlight her glass Valentine ornaments from 3 to 5 p.m.
Lakeside Artisans is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
These demonstrations are all part of “Taste the Commons,” where Warm Up visitors will find family fun with everything from art, floral and essential oils demos and beer, wine, cheese, cookie and chocolate tastings to live music and a putt putt green.
Tastings will require the purchase of $1 tickets at the door.
Some tastings may require more than one ticket.
Demonstrations are free.
