Lanigan School Receives Grant from Babcock Oil and Exxon-Mobil

Lanigan Elementary School in the Fulton City School District received a $500 grant from the Exxon-Mobil Educational Alliance Program.

Mark Giovannetti, owner of Babcock Oil Co. Inc., has once again qualified for this opportunity by maintaining ExxonMobil’s high standard of excellence and then worked with school officials to secure the grant funds.

The Exxon-Mobil Educational Alliance program is designed to provide Exxon and Mobil retailers with an opportunity to invest in the future of their communities through educational grants to neighborhood schools.

The grant funds will be used to promote math and science programs at Lanigan Elementary.
