OSWEGO – National Law Enforcement Week was observed across the U.S. May 12 – 18.

The observance recognizes the service and sacrifice of U.S. law enforcement members and pays tribute to those who lost their lives in the line of duty.
On hand for a program at the Oswego County Public Safety Center were Legislator Terry Wilbur, chairman of the Legislature’s Public Safety Committee; Sheriff Don Hilton; Chairman of the Legislature James Weatherup; and Lieutenant Charles Atkinson.
