Learn About the History of Cleveland and Glass Factories on May 19

STEP BACK IN TIME – The Cleveland Historical Society presents “History of Cleveland & Glass Factories” from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 19 at the Cleveland American Legion Post 858, located at 114 NYS Rte. 49. Pictured is the former O&W train station located near North Street in Cleveland.

OSWEGO COUNTY – The Cleveland Historical Society presents “History of Cleveland & Glass Factories” on Sunday, May 19 from 2 to 4 p.m. The event takes place at the Cleveland American Legion Post 858, located at 114 NYS Rte. 49.

Local historian Jack Cottet will lead the discussion about the history of the village of Cleveland, including its former residents and the three glass factories that once existed there.

The event is free and open to the public. Donations are greatly appreciated and contribute to the Cleveland Historical Society’s building fund.
