The Oswego County Humane Society has joined with several area animal welfare organizations to sponsor the annual “Home 4 the Holidays” pet adoption campaign. Partners include Harbor Hounds Greyhound Rescue, Paws Across Oswego County, United Friends of Homeless Animals, New York Citizens Against Puppy Mills, and Oswego County Guinea Pig Rescue. The groups are working together to promote the adoption of homeless pets in Oswego County. County Legislature Vice Chairman Arthur Ospelt (left) recently presented the proclamation to Dan Capella, secretary of the board of directors of the Oswego County Humane Society.
