We hope you will stop by and help with this worthwhile effort to raise money to help with all the community services we do!

“As with our past fundraising events, we are expecting capacity crowds and another successful event for our club” said Steve Jurivich, Oswego Lions Club president. “We will have entertainment by The Lubricators, and Oswego Karate will be doing demonstrations.”

There will be more than 40 craft, food and wine vendors including hand poured candles, homemade dips, and sauces, wood turned kitchen items, florals, cookies, wood creations, outdoor wood furniture and crafts, soaps and lotions, jewelry, canvas bags, homemade purses, tie dye shoes and clothing, handmade children’s clothes, and many more wonderful hand crafted items.

Many vendors are coming from as far away as Watertown and Syracuse.

There is still space available if anyone is interested in bringing your handmade craft to the event.

Established in 1917 Lions International consists of 45,000 Lions clubs worldwide with a membership of 1.4 million volunteers.  Local chapters of the club are committed to serving the disabled, including those with visual impairments, hearing loss and other handicaps.

The funds raised from booth rentals support our administration fund, which will help support our efforts in serving individuals as well as organizations throughout our community. “With your help and support, we can make this event a huge success that will allow us to fulfill our mission and continue to provide services needed most in our community” said Denise Constanza, show chairperson.

Donations are always accepted.

Proceeds from past fund-raising Lions Club events have helped to support Camp Hollis, Children’s Fund at Oswego Hospital, Oswego Salvation Army, the Elementary School Drug Free Program, the “H” and Mary Dowd scholarship fund as well as provide eyeglasses and hearing aids to individuals in need,  just to mention a few.
