Literacy Coalition Stuffs 450 Backpacks For Friday Oswego County Fair Event

Volunteers from the Literacy Coalition of Oswego County (LCOC) and members of the Fulton Noon and Sunrise Rotary clubs (above) packed 450 backpacks with school supplies and books to be given away at LCOC’s Raising Kids Who Read event tomorrow afternoon at the Oswego County Fair. Author Daniel Willingham will be presenting three 20-minute sessions at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 p.m. in the Youth Building at the fair.
