Liz Liberti Honored

FULTON, NY – Senior case manager with Oswego County Opportunities’ Fulton Youth and Family Department, Stephanie Floyd (left) presented case manager Liz Liberti with a longevity award for 20 years of dedicated service to OCO and its consumers.

Throughout her career Liberti has worked in a number of OCO’s departments including OPTIONS, Head Start, and currently, Fulton Youth and Family.
