CLINTON, NY – The following local residents recently matriculated as first-year students at Hamilton College:
Emily Hall of Phoenix (13135). Hall is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy.
Ryan Michaels of Fulton (13069). Michaels is a graduate of Berkshire School.
They were selected from a pool of 7,443 applicants to the college, and join a class of 470.
Originally founded in 1793 as the Hamilton-Oneida Academy, Hamilton College offers an open curriculum that gives students the freedom to shape their own liberal arts education within a research- and writing-intensive framework.
