March is American Red Cross Month

Oswego County Legislature Chairman Barry Leemann recently presented a proclamation designating March as American Red Cross Month in Oswego County. Providing help and hope to those in need, the American Red Cross is a true reflection of the American spirit. Through its network of employees and volunteers, the Onondaga-Oswego chapter responds to disasters, offers comfort and support and provides health and safety training.
