OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego High School Marching Bucs are moving toward the New York State Field Band Conference National Division Championships on Nov. 1.
This Saturday night, “The Pride of Oswego†will compete in New Hartford to see if the Bucs can improve on last week’s season high score.
Oswego will be joined by West Genesee and Cicero-North Syracuse in the National Class.
The Bucs will compete at 7:05 p.m.
The show will begin at 6 p.m. with Small School 3 bands Marcus Whitman and Westmoreland, while Small School 1 New Hartford will also perform.
Oswego will complete the NYSFBC season on Oct. 18 at Liverpool and then will journey to the campus of James Madison University for a competition on Oct. 24.
On Nov. 1, the Bucs will join all of the other National Class bands under the Carrier Dome for the final show of the year.
