The H. Lee White Marine Museum has set the summer 2008 dates for their “Art for Kids” Workshops, for
August. Each session will feature a local guest artist working in a variety of media and are geared for ages 5-12.

The upcoming sessions will feature professional art instructors Bill DeMott, Roey Bannon Pimentel,  and Robin Snyder.  “It’s certainly a wonderful way to enjoy the summer, creating art with the scenic Oswego waterfront as your backdrop,” remarked Carol, Salladin, AmeriCorps member and program coordinator.

Each session is $6 per child ($4 for museum members) and will run approximately two hours with supplies and a snack provided. Participants must pre-register at least one day in advance and can sign up for just one or as many sessions as they wish.
