OSWEGO – Reading to children is one of the most beneficial activities an adult can take part in.

This month, Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow made a visit to the Oswego Head Start Center.

The mayor read books to the students, sang songs and made new friends.

He took a tour of the school and explored the classrooms.
